1. About Rolindip
Rolindip operates an affiliate marketing network connecting advertisers with publishers. We provide software, tracking, reporting, and payout-instruction services. We are not a bank and do not take custody of funds; payouts are executed by licensed payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, Payoneer).
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity on your account. Applications to programs are subject to advertiser and network approval. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
3. Commissions & payouts
Commissions are earned on validated, tracked conversions and are subject to advertiser validation, return/refund windows, and fraud review. Payouts are made to verified payment methods once the minimum threshold is met. Commissions from reversed, refunded, or fraudulent transactions may be clawed back.
4. Tracking & data
The network uses first-party tracking and server-side records. We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. You may request data export or erasure from your account settings.
5. Prohibited conduct
Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, trademark bidding without permission, misleading promotion, and any manipulation of tracking are prohibited and will result in withheld commissions and account termination.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified in-app.
